This is a unique opportunity to work with Ann directly within a small virtual group setting. We will discuss how attachment and neurobiology impact all of us and ways to build security in ourselves and our important relationships.

All potential group members will be contacted for our screening process (eventually meeting with Ann on a Zoom call) to make sure the group is a good fit for you.
These small, closed groups bring together lifelong learners seeking to gain more insight about themselves and their most important relationships. We will discuss ways to apply modern attachment and many other secure-relating concepts to our everyday lives. Each group will be lead by Dr. Ann Kelley and limited to 10 members who will meet on a weekly basis in a virtual setting.
Note: It is not considered therapy, it is an educational discussion group that may involve deep personal learning.

Costs
- $90 per session
- Standard group agreement - To maintain group consistency, we reserve your specific spot for the series, so you will be charged whether or not you attend an individual session.
