Are you feeling gut-punched? The relentless barrage of devastating news, political dread and global chaos has left many of us bereft. How do we maintain our belief in humanity's basic goodness?
But here's the thing: do you want to let yourself curl up in apathy or overwhelm? You belong here if you that is a resounding NO.
What the Hell is Vitality Anyway?
We're not talking about your garden-variety "positive vibes only" BS. Vitality is raw life force – that primal energy that gets you out of bed when everything feels impossible. It's the fire in your belly that refuses to let the bastards grind you down. It's mental clarity when the world's gone mad, emotional resilience when everything hurts, and the stubborn determination to stay connected when isolation feels safer.
This is a series of monthly workshops open to anyone wanting to stay awake and alive and secure inside ourselves and between us.
Each monthly 1.5 hour zoom meeting will be unique, stand alone, and signed up for independently.
The Plan
Get real about our collective trauma without drowning in it
Learn to stay in the fight without burning out
Give a damn without letting it destroy us
Rediscover your inner badass, regardless of what fresh hell the news brings
Think of it as boot camp for your spirit, but with better company and no push-ups (unless you're into that).
If all goes well, we will be doing our small part to build a resistance to hopeless, apathy and despair.
You know, the kind where we can process rage and yet maintain our humanity, stay engaged without getting engulfed and importantly, find soul joy even when some of the world is on fire.
The world needs us awake, alive, and ready to raise a little hell.
